- 3 glass of coconut milk from 1/2 of a coconut
- 2 bay leaves and orange leaves
- 2 cm galangal
- 1 bunch of basil
How to Make :
- Wash the chicken and coat with tamarind water which is mixed salt. Then until half cooked
- Stir-fry soft seasoning with galangal, bay leaves, brown sugar, then give coconut milk and stir.
- Put in chicken, still cooked until mature.
- Serving with basil.
