Waung Chicken Pecel

Ingredients :
  • 3 glass of coconut milk from 1/2 of a coconut
  • 2 bay leaves and orange leaves
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1 bunch of basil


How to Make :
  • Wash the chicken and coat with tamarind water which is mixed salt. Then until half cooked
  • Stir-fry soft seasoning with galangal, bay leaves, brown sugar, then give coconut milk and stir. 
  • Put in chicken, still cooked until mature. 
  • Serving with basil.
