- 1 Liter of rice
- 1/4 liter coconut milk
- 1 tablespoons of grated turmeric. Boiled with 50 cc water, and strain.
- 2 sheets of pandan leaves
- 1 sheets of bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass stems
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
How to Make :
- Mix coconut milk with water of grated, pandan leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass stems, salt. Bring to boil.
- Steamed the rice until half cooked. Then, put it in the pan.
- Pour boiled of coconut milk, stirred until the coconut milk absorb exhausted.
- Put lime juice, stirred, then steamed again.
