Healthy Recipes to Lower Cholesterol

Do you a problem with cholesterol?
Do yo want to decreasing cholesterol in your body?
You can!!
There is a recipes for you  to decrease your cholesterol.

Ingredients :

  • 2 gold fish
  • 2 bunch basil leaves
  • 4 stalks of lemongrass, crushed
  • 10 cayyene peeper
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 2 limes
  • salt
  • 8 stalks green onion
  • banana leaves

Soft seasoning :

  • 12 red onion
  • 16 spring garlic
  • 6 cm turmeric
  • 10 grains of hazelnut
  • 6 cm ginger
  • 4 cm galangal
  • 2 tomattoes
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
How to make it ?
 1. Coat fish with salt and lime. Let stand during 15 minutes.
2. Stir- fry soft seasoning with lemongrass, bay keaves, and  green onion
3. After that, put in 1/2 seasoning in the fish gold. Put bay leaves fish gills and belly fish. Let stand during 1 ninght.
4. Get banana leaves . then put green onion, basil leaves , lemongrass, bay leaves, cayyene pepper behind the fish.
5.  Steam fish during 5 hours with small fire so soft spines.
