Lamongan Soto

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr chicken
  • 100 ml water to  boil
  • 1 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 grains of cloves
  •  1 lemongrass of stalk
  • salt
  • oil for sauteing

 Spices :

  • 5 grains of red onion
  • 3 grains of garlic
  • 2 cm  or turmeric
  • 2 cm of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons of coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoons of pepper
  • 4 grains of  hazelnut

 

Complementary :

  •  100 gr sprouts
  • 50 gr  soak glass noodles
  • 100 gr white cabbage
  • 2 grains of boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoons of fried eggs
  • lime
  • sambal chili sauce
  • sweet soy sauce

 Steps :
1. Boiled chicken with galangal, cloves, lemongrass of stalk ,and salt.
2. Then, make soft easoning , then stir- fry until fragant. Put in the boiled chicken.
3. Raise the chicken then shredded , set aside.
4. Arrange in the bowl, sprouts soak, chicken, then pour the soup.
5. Complete with sambal, sweet soy sauce, lime and sprinkle with fried garlic.
