When tenderness, affection is present in the school, so situation be wonderful. , When everything is done by heart, so there is no difficult word to teach students to be moral and intelectual. Teacher must have humble, proficient in variety of fields and wiser in the future.
Our students very need  affection. So, personal approach is needed betweean teacher and students. Students feel convenient and brave to share everything their mindset.
