Ingredients:
  • 5 fried tofu, cut diagonally.
  • meat 500 gr
  • 250 gr of shrimp, cleaned of skin, head and faces
  • 7 garlics
  • sagu farmers 600 gr
  • 4 items of white eggs
  • ice 100 gr
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • onions
  • 30 items of green chili sauces


How to Make It ?
  • Mix shirmp, garlic, salt, meat, sagu farmer, ice. Make it soft with food processor. 
  • Added onions
  • Put in dough tofu
  • Steamen during 20 minutes until cooked
  • Serve with green chili.
