Replacement Spool

Ingredients:

• 5 fried tofu, cut diagonally.
• meat 500 gr
• 250 gr of shrimp, cleaned of skin, head and faces
• 7 garlics
• sagu farmers 600 gr
• 4 items of white eggs
• ice 100 gr
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• onions
• 30 items of green chili sauces

How to Make It ?

• Mix shirmp, garlic, salt, meat, sagu farmer, ice. Make it soft with food processor. 
• Added onions
• Put in dough tofu
• Steamen during 20 minutes until cooked

Almost of girl want to shows beautiful in front of people. , Unfortunately, you think that beautiful is only physical. Straight Hair, white skin, sharp nose and so on. Only little of people think that beauty is noble character. Beauty is when you have stabil emotion. Beauty is when you has ability to still envolve.  So, many of you are tired, because you follow beauty cosmetics. Tired to provide people demands to performs your beauty. Many of creams is used . But, your face do not become beauty but become strange not known.
You always feel lacking.
You must think in a few minutes, Why we must look beautiful? Why we do not live healthy? Healthy inside and healthy outside. Positive thinking and look the future. Always we grateful to the Gods and appreciate self its own. Nose, eyes, hair, face is very perfect. But, we still feel lacking. We feel dissapointed with gift of God. And our live become black and suffer.
So, we must be grateful with gift of God. . Because if we grateful, so God will added others favors. You must stop to think that beauty must be physics. Beautiful personality will make us more beautiful. Beautiful not because of clothes, cosmetics, money, jewelry. But beauty from your heart is more bright.

Have you never read "Laskar Pelangi" novel? If you have read it, you must know Harfan and Muslimah figures. They become character glory teacher in the future. The enormity of the role of teacher on the progress of the nation. We can reflect on what the Emperor of Japan did. World War II  had destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Emperor of Japan did not ask how many soldiers are still alive? But he asked how many teachers are still alive?. It shows importance of teacher.
Teachers role is not only rewarded by song., but also with job retention allowances is a sertificate programs. With this programs hope teacher did not switch orientation. The first orientation is noble task of educating nation. Be the second  is material orientation. Everything we do is measured by "money" without heart. So, teacher figures is important in this situation.
When tenderness, affection is present in the school, so situation be wonderful. , When everything is done by heart, so there is no difficult word to teach students to be moral and intelectual. Teacher must have humble, proficient in variety of fields and wiser in the future.
Our students very need  affection. So, personal approach is needed betweean teacher and students. Students feel convenient and brave to share everything their mindset.
